30-day money-back promise

You have 30 days from the delivery date to try Krazy Klean Pro. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email nguyenhuuminhthu66091@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return details; items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

When you'll see your money

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
