Every Krazy Klean order ships free.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 24 hours on business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance. During busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer; we'll let you know if that happens.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at nguyenhuuminhthu66091@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away.
